目的总结距下关节制动术在儿童扁平足的治疗中的应用进展，分析
方法的优缺点及其目前存在的问题。方法查阅近年国内外距下关节制动术在儿童扁平足的治疗中应用的相关文献，进行总结分析。结果距下关节制动术技术成熟、操作简单、效果良好、并发症少，是治疗儿童扁平足的有效方法。结论距下关节制动术是治疗儿童扁平足的一种简单而有效的方法，但其有严格的适应症，其相关并发症及其应对策略仍需进一步研究。
